Key Responsibilities
As an Logistics & Warehouse Suppervisor at ENOC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of your department. Your responsibilities include:
Accountable for organizing raw material supplies concerning design, costs, delivery, invoicing, and inventory management.
Acquires all empty containers and accessories necessary for the filling of lubricants and grease. Collaborates with the S&D Manager to identify potential suppliers and establish supply agreements. Conducts ongoing evaluations of vendors to ensure that quality standards are upheld.
Establishes and executes customer orders, ensuring the timely delivery of the correct products. Continuously monitors the execution of these procedures to guarantee compliance and implement corrective measures when deficiencies arise.
Compiles and analyzes sales forecasts from the sales team to facilitate raw materials procurement planning.
Serves as the Custodian for the development of new product packaging. Coordinates with Marketing and Technology managers, as well as various suppliers, to launch products and packaging.
Assists the S&D Manager in establishing new blending arrangements both locally and internationally.
Reviews export shipment plans and collaborates with Plant Logistics. Initiates changes to shipment plans as necessary and coordinates with the customer service representative regarding delivery schedules.
Determines and prioritizes delivery for customer orders. Analyzes the costs associated with delivery and shipment operations to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintains comprehensive stock records of ENOC inventory for both finished goods and raw materials and is responsible for enforcing minimum stock control procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
To excel as an Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor at ENOC, candidates should have:
Education: A University Degree in Commerce or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
Qualifications & experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in supply chain operations is required.
Computer skills:
Proficient in computer applications; including Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Language & writing skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Other skills & competencies:
Logical and systematic approach.
Outstanding analytical capabilities.
Familiarity with export procedures from the UAE.
Exceptional administrative skills.
