About the Role
The Driver will be responsible for delivering couriers, mail, and important documents between various Emirates Engineering departments, line maintenance sections, hangars, and central services.
The role requires timely transportation of documents and strict compliance with airport safety procedures and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
Collecting outbound documents from cargo and mail sections
Delivering couriers and mail to engineering hangars and line maintenance departments
Collecting mail from engineering facilities and transporting it to the engineering mail room
Delivering mail and courier items to Emirates Headquarters Central Services
Ensuring all assigned vehicles are safe and compliant with ramp driving regulations
Following all airport ramp safety procedures
Reporting document delays or operational issues to supervisors
Moving vehicles scheduled for maintenance between airside and landside areas
Supporting administrative and ad hoc office tasks when required
Completing assigned duties accurately and on time
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Minimum 8 years of schooling
Experience Required
Driving experience preferred
Skills and Requirements
Ability to work in airport operational environments
Basic understanding of safety procedures
Good time management and responsibility
Ability to work in noisy and physically demanding conditions
Strong attention to operational safety
