About the Role
The Service Assistant is a dynamic and high-performing member of Tesla’s leadership team, reporting directly to the Store/Area Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution at your store while achieving sales, customer service, and operational goals. Tesla seeks leaders who are hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of guiding a team to success.
As a Service Assistant you will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, from coaching team members and analyzing sales performance to ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You’ll act as a mentor, motivator, and operational driver, ensuring that every aspect of your store runs smoothly while aligning with Tesla’s global standards.
