Job Purpose
The Helper will assist in various plant operations, ensuring efficiency in production, packaging, and material handling while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a Helper, your main duties include:
Operating filling lines for lubricants and grease
Assisting in packing, labeling, and storage
Supporting blending and production processes
Loading and unloading materials
Receiving and handling raw materials
Maintaining housekeeping for a clean and safe workplace
Supporting quality system implementation
Working in rotational shifts
Skills and Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
High School Certificate or apprenticeship from a recognized institute
3–4 years of experience in:
Lubricant or grease plants
Production or packaging industries
Basic knowledge of safety and operational procedures
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts
