About the Role
The Sales Advisor will act as the first point of contact for customers visiting the service point or calling by phone. The selected candidate will assist customers with shipment bookings, delivery tracking, pricing information, customs paperwork, and other service-related questions.
This role also includes promoting DHL products and value-added services to help achieve revenue targets. The company is looking for someone who can maintain a professional attitude, solve customer problems quickly, and provide excellent service at all times.
Main Responsibilities
The key duties of the Sales Advisor include:
Handling customer inquiries over the phone and at the counter
Processing shipment collections and deliveries
Providing shipment pricing and transit information
Assisting customers with customs paperwork and documentation
Promoting services such as insurance, import express, and other DHL solutions
Maintaining strong relationships with customers
Resolving complaints and service-related issues
Recording cash sales and preparing daily summaries
Supporting shipment tracking and tracing activities
Ensuring all shipment documents are entered correctly
Working closely with team members to achieve department goals
