Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant at ENOC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of your department. Your responsibilities include:

Office Management: Schedule meetings, remind team members, coordinate conferences, events, and activities.

Record Keeping: Organize and maintain departmental files and other records efficiently.

Equipment & Supplies: Request and manage office equipment and stationery.

Visitor Management: Receive and assist department visitors professionally.

Employee Attendance & Leave: Monitor staff attendance, update leave requests in HRMS, and ensure timely approvals.

Expense Management: Update and track staff expense claims.

Customer Complaint Follow-up: Coordinate with site managers to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel as an Administrative Assistant at ENOC, candidates should have:

Completion of Secondary Education (12 grades)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
