The role is responsible for overseeing the administrative processes related to the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system within the department, ensuring efficient and accurate support to business operations. This role involves managing the order processing cycle, coordinating with the ordering and inventory teams, verifying item availability, addressing price discrepancies, following up on pending orders, and ensuring timely item deliveries.   • Prepare, analyze and share daily & monthly EK and Other Airline consumption reports, staff meal consumption report, food cost reports and others as required by the Department in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Prepare consolidated time and attendance reports including employee rosters.
  • Provide consolidated data to managers related to the production target and KPI for all units for management reporting.
  • Update and maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, ensuring adherence with Company policy, accepted administration practices and maintain confidentiality of Company and Department related information.
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, including accurate placement in the system, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and coordinating changes with F&B to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. 
  • Coordinate with the finance team for invoice processing and payment issues.
  • Oversee operational coordination by processing Coupa orders, and liaising with Main Stores, Production, Service teams, and suppliers to manage restocking schedules and avoid disruptions.
  • Conduct regular review of work methods, forms, formats and standards to improve operating efficiency. 
  • Support the ordering team to deliver high performance, demonstrate accountability and adherence to operational standards, conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify and address training needs to support team development and efficiency ensuring all new joiners are part of the welcome program to attend necessary trainings to perform their duty.

Education Qualification

O or A Level in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualification (must have)

Bachelors degree in business administration or other relevant discipline (preferred)

Work Experience

4 years experience in an administrative or order management role, ideally in procurement or inventory management.

  • Excellent communication skills, Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

LIGHT DUTY DRIVER CAREER

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Unit Logistics Coordinator the job holder main purpose is to safely transport customer*s laundry to the Linen craft business units from the various customer locations in a safe, secure and in meeting the stringent delivery timeframes.

Key Result Areas

  • Observe and comply with UAE traffic rules with respect to the vehicle fleet size and report any health and safety hazards to immediate head.
  • Assist in conducting drive test on new vehicles.
  • Ensures vehicles are loaded correctly to avoid potential accidents with shifting loads making the vehicle unbalanced.
  • Finds alternate routes and use prudent judgement in following logical sequences to reduce time, improve efficiency and fuel consumption.
  • Maintain accurate daily trips sheets and provide necessary data to the operations Assistant.
  • Pick up and return processed items/linens to the various customers as per the schedule and adhoc requests thus ensuring satisfied customers.
  • Maintain hygiene in the vehicle by removing dirt and soil on a regular basis depending on the usage, thus ensuring a well-maintained fleet and by minimizing the likelihood of contamination to the linen.
  • Deals with the customers both external and internal in a polite and professional manner.

Job Context

The job holder is the lifeline between the Hospitality accounts and Linencraft, any mistakes or delays will result in customer complaints and eventual loss of business. The challenges facing the job-holder are mainly to do with time constraints and traffic holdups on all routes throughout Dubai.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience

Education Qualification: 

 High School Certificate, UAE License for Light Duty vehicles (must have)
