The DSF Auto Loans Unit is the sales channels under Retail banking, catering to the auto loans requirements of existing Emirates NBD & new to bank customers in UAE.
The unit’s core responsibility is to increase the market share of Auto Loan Business and function in line with the Group’s overall business strategy.
The DSF Auto Loan Unit is responsible to manage auto dealerships in UAE and generating maximum share of business for the bank.
It also handles Fleet business, referral business from Call center, Personal banking, Priority Banking, and Private banking units. It is also accountable for fulfilling the loan requirements of Emirates NBD branch business & staff credit Unit.
The unit will also focus on cross selling of other retail banking products such as Credit Cards, Motor Insurance, accounts, etc. to increase the profitability of the unit and the overall revenue for Retail Bank.

Deep understanding of auto loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and interest rates.
Awareness of promotional campaigns, car dealership tie-ups, and offers.
